Heaven is the decision I must make

There is nothing to fear

Peace to my mind. Let all my thoughts be still

Awareness is ever there. It need not be realized. Open the shutter of the mind, and it will be flooded with light

Love holds no grievances

When the mind is kept away from its preoccupation, it becomes quiet

Now are we one with Him Who is our Source

I am in need of nothing but the truth

With the ‘I am’, the world appears in the waking and dream states

The consciousness in you and the consciousness in me, apparently two, really one, seek unity and that is love

This day I choose to spend in perfect peace

To give and to receive are one in truth

Let me perceive no differences today

Let all things be exactly as they are

This is my holy instant of release
